Through practical demonstrations and guided activities, participants will learn how to evaluate a site, identify environmental hazards, and construct basic survival and comfort shelters using natural and improvised materials. The class also covers strategies for staying warm, dry, and protected from wind, rain, sun, and cold-weather conditions.
