We are proud to welcome the Cattaraugus County Joseph Dwyer Program to the Outdoor Arts & Recreation Society (OARS) for a dedicated volunteer day focused on stewardship and community connection. Participants will spend the day planting trees, spreading mulch, and helping to clean and enhance our shared outdoor spaces. This collaboration reflects a shared commitment to healing through nature, service, and camaraderie, and we are honored to host a program that supports veterans while making a lasting impact on our environment.
